RFUMS – 070324

System had several issues including bad Digital PS, inconsistent shims and intermittent RF output. Believe the shim issues were due to bad digital PS. Still having intermittent RF issues. Also, the CPU board was bricked. I was able to restore it to defaults using procedure below.

Attach a terminal connection to the Acq CPU Diag port. Set the Terminal program baud settings to 9600 8 N 1. Now setup the Acquisition CPU. Below vxWorks responds with a ‘text : value’, if it is correct type <return> , or else type in the correct value and then a <return> . If there is a value in that position, do not try to erase the existing entry, just start typing from where the cursor is. If the entry is to be blank you must type a ‘.’ <period> and this will clear the existing entry.
