Mercury 400 Alarm
Found that the PS204, which is a +12VDC and +5VDC power supply had a capacitor that was bulging. Tested the +12VDC and observed the following:
| When OK | 12.4 VDC | 0.1 VAC |
| When Beeping | 11.8 VDC | 0.8 VAC |
| At Startup | 10.5 VDC | 1.5V AC |
Ordered replacement power supply from Mouser Electronics.
Part Number: HCC512-A+G
Also replaced two power supply fans for the Mercury.

Inova 500 sidebands
Customer reported 120 Hz sidebands. Appears that the PTS620 has power supply issues causing 120 Hz sidebands in spectra. It is more pronounced with channel 1 then channel 2, but it is present in both.
Customer also has a PTS D320 on channel 3 and 4. When I tried to swap that in for testing, the frequency is off by several MHz on both channels. So, PTS D320 is also bad.
