De-Energize and Pack De-energized and packed system for shipment to Canada. System was de-energized and warmed up and then packed into Oxford shipping crate (including sides). Repaired various issues with the DD2 400, and Mercury 400. Also, had to figure out how to setup Mercury for Q-Tune because it has a protune accessory. Mercury also had a bad High Band transmitter that had several steps from its attenuator bad.
Mercury 400 Alarm Found that the PS204, which is a +12VDC and +5VDC power supply had a capacitor that was bulging. Lineshape does not meet spec. Needs 3D Gradient shimming. Found that the upper barrel was not centered in magnet field. Re-centered upper barrel. Performed 3D gradient shimming successfully. Obtained lineshape spec after RT shimming. Performed H1 and C13 performance specs, all passed. Default shims and power level vales saved. New gradient map saved.
